Finding a Path to Lasting Happiness & Positive Thinking

Presenter: Diane Lang, M.S.
Therapist, Educator and Life Coach, Diane Lang has dedicated her career to helping people turn their lives around and is now on a mission to help them develop a sustainable positive attitude that can actually turn one into an optimist, literally.

Diane’s clinical experience includes treating patients with different forms of mental illness, physical and emotional abuse and relationship issues. Lang is also an Adjunct in Psychology at Montclair State University. Her college work includes mentoring students for individual career counseling and personal issue advisement.

What We will Discuss:
• Even when things are going well, many of us carry a constant inner dialogue that tends to be self-deprecating.
• Even if we exercise self-discipline in our diet and exercise, we rarely consider discipline of thought
as a way to enhance our emotional health and well-being.
Come explore ways to change your thinking, make changes and feel empowered
