Positivity, Teamwork, and Leadership
Rob Cash: Rob is the proud co-owner of the Great Restaurants NJ group, which includes Metropolitan Café, tre, Nonna’s, and Rosalita’s and successfully serves up a variety of unique dining experiences. Boasting more than 30 years of experience, knowledge, dedication, and drive, Rob will enlighten us on how he maintained the positivity of his staff and restaurants through the challenges of COVID.
Frances Keane: Fran is the Chief Human Resource Officer responsible for the Strategic and Operational Talent Management plans that support CentraState Healthcare System's mission, vision, and goals. She is the 2020 ATHENA Leadership Award recipient, and, at CentraState, she serves as a role model, encouraging women to achieve their full leadership potential. Fran will discuss her role at CentraState and how she led her team during the pandemic.
Dawn Malinowski: Dawn owns SocialTrend Marketing Solutions, creating and overseeing the implementation of hundreds of marketing campaigns for small businesses throughout the tri-state area. She provides guidance for her clients to improve their online media presence by developing campaigns that connect the visions of individual business owners to the needs of potential customers. Dawn will educate us on how to incorporate more social media ideas into your business.
Dr. Michael Edmonson: Michael is a pioneering, agile, and energetic leader, currently serving as the Interim Director of New Jersey City University (NJCU) at Ft. Monmouth, Interim Dean of the College of Professional Studies, and Dean of Professional Education and Lifelong Learning at NJCU. He was selected as one of 29 higher education leaders from across the nation to be a member of the AGB Institute for Leadership & Governance in Higher Education Class of 2021. He will speak on teamwork and how he and his team established the NJCU satellite campus.
Cliff Moore: Cliff is a published author, speaker, and personal branding and development advisor, consultant, and coach. He previously served as president of the Northern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce. His "The Brand of Me v2.0" concept offers the best demonstrated practices for developing your personal brand for your career or business. Cliff will speak on incorporating positivity into both your work and personal lives.
