Daniela Reiner is the Founder of Ironbound Coaching and is a Life and Career Coach.  She’s coached hundreds of people across various industries since starting her business 3 years ago, but her mission is to help women redesign their careers so it works for their life as a mom.  Daniela leverages the combination of her coaching expertise and her 15+ year career as a corporate HR Business Partner to tailor programs focused on both mindset and strategy that address her client's unique needs. 

Daniela is a 1st generation American with strong ties to her Portuguese culture.  When considering what to call her business, the answer was obvious - Ironbound Coaching, to pay homage to the Ironbound neighborhood in Newark where she watched her parents build their own businesses and learned the values of family, community, and working hard.
